Customer Searching
- Search by any part of customers full name.
- Search by any part of full patient name.
- Serach by any part of customer contact detaisl including addres, email, telephone
- Search by any combination of the above.
- Search by id's, aliases or codes.
- Search again function to easily work through customers selected in previous search requests.
Customer Information
- Client and Company name information including drop down Title list and initials.
- Referred By drop down with user defined entries.
- Insurance Scheme drop down list with user defined entries.
- Preferred Vet drop down list.
- Travel distance field for mileage calculations.
- Unlimited address, telephone, email and fax contacts.
- Unique contact purposes which allow user to stipulate the use of the contact including how reminders and statements are sent (post, call, email) as well as Work, Home, Mobile purposes.
- Ability ot nominate preferred contacts.
- Ability to nominate if telephone contact can or should be used for SMS.
- Alternative Identities too allow searching by code or alias/former names.
- Assign customer to any user defined Account Type which define credit limits, payment terms, accounting fees, messages and user alerts.
- Discounts. Allows a customer to be nominated for one or more discounts schemes. Discounts can be future dated and set to expire on specified dates. Discounts schemes can have mutiple discounting tiers applied to specifcied product types and/or products.

Customer Documents
