Scheduling

  • Unlimited number of schedules.
  • Unlimited number of schedule views (groups of schedules for combined display).
  • Schedules can belong to more than one view.
  • Schedules can represent resources (i.e rooms, areas) or individuals (clinicians, groomers).
  • Each schedule can have its own minimum time slot size (i.e 5 minutes, 15 minutes).
  • Schedules with different minimum time slot sizes can be combined on the same schedule view.
  • Schedule views can be assigned to one or more practice locations and configured to be the default when the location is changed. 
  • Schedules can have multiple appointment type sand each appointment type can be assigned a default no of slots to allocate.
  • Appointment Types can be assigned colours.
  • Scheduling dates can navigate by day, week, calendar selection and also by entering abbreviations i.e. 6w to jump 6 weeks ahead.
  • A clinician can be assigned to an appointment.
  • Schedules can highlight appointments by appointment type, clinician or appointment status colour.
  • Appointments can be easily moved between dates and schedules.
  • Schedule Views can be filtered to show specific times (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, AM, PM) as well as filtered by Clinician.
  • Appointments allow easy selection and/or add of customer and/or patient.
  • Customer and Patient Alerts are shown during adding or displaying an appointment.
  • Appointments support a use defined drop down list of reasons and notes.
  • Appointment display is user customisable including support for bubble note display to save space.
  • Scheduling supports common work flow functions such as Check-In, Consult and Check-Out.  These step the user through a defined process i.e Check-In allows user to move customer/patient to a specific Work List (i.e hospital, surgery) , print forms, enter notes and weight.
  • Workflow functions update the appointment status to allow communication of where in process out patients are.  i.e Waiting (with time), In progress, Billed, Completed, Admitted.
  • Over the Counter sales can be processed directly from the Scheduling area.
  • Schedules can be printed.

Worklists

  • Unlimited number of worklists which can be defined as catergorised lists of customers/patients that are maintained across days.
  • Unlimited number of Worklist Views (groups of worklsits for combined display).
  • Worklists can belong to more than one Worklist View.
  • Worklist views can be assigned to one or more practice locations and configured to be the default when the location is changed.
  • Worklists can be assigned multiple Task Types and each Task Type can be assigned a different colour.
  • Worklists to define a max number of slots to limit how many entries can be added at one time to that work list.  This is useful for things such as cage bookings for boarding.
  • Worklist Views can be filtered by clinician and status.
  • Worklist Entries can be highlighted by task type 
  • Worklists can highlight entries by task type, clinician or status colour.
  • Worklist entries can be easily transferred between worklists.  
  • Worklist entries can be added in the future and also span multiple dates.  This cna be used for Boarding bookings and patient follow-ups.
  • Worklist entries are maintained so you look back in time to see which customer/patients where on that worklist on any specific date.
  • Worklists support all the same Workflow functions as Scheduling such as Check-In, Consult and Check-Out including status updates.
  • Users can process Over the Counter sales directly from the Worklists area.
  • Worklists can be printed.

Messaging

  • Messages cna be sent between users.
  • Messages can be assigned customer and patients to allow quick navigation to customer and/or patient details.
  • Messages can be forwarded to other users.
  • Messages can be filtered by dates, status (Pending, Read, Completed) and Type.
  • A new message indicator is displayed at the top of the screen.
  • Automatic messages are sent to specified users for electronic supplier orders and deliveries.
