Duplicate visit entires on Patient Medial Records

Hi,

We have a file that in the last three days has eight pages of visit entries just listing the vets name each time. I have attached a screen shot of an example so you know what I mean.

Is there a way of deleting multiple visits? I can go through and delete these visits manually to tidy up the history but would prefer a quicker way if there is one.

I was also wondering what may have caused this, is it most likely human error and if it's a common mistake can I advise these particular vets how to avoid this problem in future. Or could this be a bug?? Thought it was worth checking!

I assume this is not common i.e look at a number of multiple day in patient cases and see if it is happening more regularly. 

Obviously could be a bug in the 1.4 beta 1 you have installed but we would need to have some more information on the frequency and try and work out  what triggers it in order to isolate and fix :-)

I might have a poke around and see if I can get some more information as well.
