Investigations - how to change from Sent to Received

Good morning,

We use Idexx in-house lab, and mostly the results transfer is fine. Occasionally the results don't make it onto OpenVPMS and the investigation is stuck on Sent. 

I can download the results from Idexx, but I'm at a loss for how to change to investigation on OpenVPMS to recieved to mark it as reviewed.

All help would be gratefully appreciated.

From OpenVPMS 2.2.2 onwards, you can manually attach results to an Investigation and it will update the Order Status to Received. You can then click Mark Reviewed to mark it as reviewed.

I know 2.2.3 was recently released.

Before I jump into 2.2.3 is 2.3 visible on the horizon? Do I hang out for it?

We plan to release 2.3 in October.
