Yes, version 1.3 introduced linked fees (we call them Product Price Templates .. Rx users may call them standard fees ..but what's in a name). They allow you to define a set of fixed fees that you can share amongst multiple products.

You can create these and link them to any product. When charging the fixed fees available on the product and the fixed fees available on the linked template can be selected.

In the case of dispensing fees you would generally have these defined only in the template and not in the product but for other services you may want to have standard and product specific ones available. So pretty powerful.

To change fees modify the template and all products that are linked to it get the new fixed fees.

To implement you would do the following:

1. Create the Product Price Template (Products -.New ->Product price Template ) and define the dispensing fees you want in the Prices tab and give a name. 2. In each product link this product price template to the product on the link tab. 3. Remove existing fixed fee prices on the product (optional but most likely for dispensing fees)
