Reminder Reach back

With a combination of Covid-caused staff absences, Christmas break and upgrade to new server and OpenVPMS version, we are about 4 weeks late with texting out our vaccination reminders.
Will running the reminders pick up the (now) overdue reminders or do I have to change some parameters in Rem Config to go back 4-5 weeks?

Hi Yuri,
Ok, I assume you have a large queue in the reminders workspace going back 4 weeks unless you didn't setup a Patient reminder Queue job ?
If there is a queue the one thing that may cause issues is the dequeuing interval setup in the reminder Configuration (per channl ei.e email, sms etc). You may need to update these so the reminders are not dequeued as they are too old.
If there isn't a queue you should setup the queuing job daily and Run it manually using the Run button. This will queue the past due and any other upcoming reminders an you shoudl proceed as above i.e make sure the reminder config is changed etc.
Once sent you can return the reminder configuration to the original setup.
If you update the reminder configuration (per reminder type ) , you will need to also run the remtool (in the release bin folder) to make sure counts/next due dates are updated. I don't think this is necessary though if I understand you issue correctly. :-)
