OpenVPMS 1.6.1

This is a bug and minor feature update for OpenVPMS 1.6.

A number of archetypes have been changed for this release.

After installation, run the <OPENVPMS_HOME>/bin/archload script to update the archetypes in the database.

OpenVPMS requires the following to be installed:

MySQL:

should be on the same host as Tomcat
should accept connections on port 3306
include the following lines in my.ini
max_allowed_packet=16M
innodb_file_per_table
