Grouped Reminders and other refinements of the reminder system

This initiative includes the following features;

A) Grouped Reminders - http://jira.openvpms.org/jira/browse/OVPMS-862

This is the ability to merge reminders for patients owned by the same patient.

Allow text fields in Letters to include macros

Text fields in Letters don't currently support macros. This would allow this.

This project has been costed by the developers and will require $825 to be raised in pledges before development can commence.

Being eligible for early testing of new functionality is dependent on having funded a projects development.

Development will not commence until the project is fully funded.

It was suggested that a recently selected customer list would be a great timesaver. The final draft features included;

1. A button will be added to the bottom of the screen below the customer/patient summary, and to the left of New/Edit etc buttons.

2. Clicking on the button will show a popup. History items are displayed in the popup when the button is pressed. The button can have a keyboard shortcut

Seeing dispensing units during invoicing

The idea is a brilliant one and very simple.

The Dispensing Units (eg. tablets) as set up in the Products section appear whilst billing next to the "quantity" entry field and before the "Total" label.

"...I thought of a feature today whilst writing a history for a client and wanted other poeples feedback on it.

From time to time I like to print out a copy of my visit notes and give it to the client. Generally I write the history, OK, then change the date field to just today, then print.

I wondered if it might be possible to have a Print option that prints the current Visit during the edit screen? It would save having to fiddle with Date parameters..."
