Patient Marketing Export Report

in
Category:
Patient
Version:
1.4+

With version 1.4 we now have the ability to export report results in CSV format so you can utilise them in extrenal applictaion like Open Office , Word etc to do mass marketing mail-outs, labels etc.

In order to get the data formatted correctly though the formatting of the report needs to be tabular and the page headers footers and other printout and preview formatting needs to be removed.

I have created a new report that filters patients by :

Classification (Account Type, or classifications)

Patient Species

Patient Breed

Patient DOB

and outputs the customer title, firstname, lastname, address, suburb, postcode and state as well as patient name, species, breed, sex, date of birth and desexed status.

Presently the report does not export inactive customers or inactive(or deceased) patients.

Although this report can be utilised in version 1.3 and above you only have the option to export to CSV format in version 1.4.

I hope to enhance this report, or create another report, in the near future to allow you to filter by product type /product name and billing dates.

Patient Marketing Export

Hi Guys,

Have updated report to include email address and reordered parameters to prompt for Customer Classification first.

Re: Patient Marketing Export Report

Hi Guys,

Have updated report again to allow users to filter by Patient Created date.  This allows the report to be used to target new patients and also for exports to external applications. i.e Vetmap.

Also added patient colour to output.

Cheers

Tony

Re: Patient Marketing Export Report

Just having a little bit of trouble with this report in that it will include deceased patients in the report! I cannot see an option for changing to exclude these.

We nearly sent Christmas cards using the names of deceased pets!!!

Help please!

Re: Patient Marketing Export Report

The following update should exclude all patients that are deceased.
