Appointment merge fields

Does anyone know if there's a way to get appointment information on a form at checkin? I didn't see any merge fields for it. Specifically looking for the appointment notes field to put on a consultation form that we generate at check-in.

Paul - I think that you cannot do this in 1.7 - in 1.8  the new application fields facility - see http://www.openvpms.org/documentation/csh/1.8/reference/reportFields#app... - gives you access to the current appointment & task.

What you could do in 1.7 is to modify the Appointment document template content (Appointment A5.jxrml) to generate your consultation form. I suspect that most people never use the Print button on the schedule screen to print the appointment.
