Customer statement if zero balance
In the standard system, is it possible to print a statement for a customer who owns nothing?
The Reporting|Debtors screen will not display a customer with a zero balance, hence your can't print a statement from that.
We have a pupose built 'Customer Running Balance Report' which will show all the customers transactions between specified dates, and an 'Extended Customer Statement' which does the same sort of thing. However, these are obviously not part of the standard package.
Am I missing something?

I thought there was a project for this, but apparently not.
Ideally you would be able to go to Customer|Account and select "Statement" and it would print everything from the last opening balance.
An extension would be to display a list of available statements and allow the user to select the one to print.

At least I am not stupid. Note that while the 'print an old statement' facility would mimic what you can get from your bank, I suspect that in general the customer would prefer a print of all transactions since a given date (or perhaps from the last Opening Balance prior to the specified date).
