Failed to create entity.customPatientCase. Invalid archetype short name

Hello - I have upgraded to the newest OPV version (1.7 I think). Whenever we input the "species" when registering a new animal, we get the following error:

It can be dismissed, and we can carry on as usual. Anyone know how to fix it?

Cahir - this is associated with the 'show case number on the invoice' facility that we implimented. I have just resent you the email originally sent on 11/11/2013 that contains the entity.customPatientCase.adl

I think that what is happening is that your species data (see http://www.openvpms.org/documentation/csh/1.7/admin/lookup/species ) contains reference to the PatientCase facility, but in the upgrade you have not imported the entity.customPatientCase.adl

Tim A - there is probably a case for tweaking the readme.txt section 2.6 to add a bit about customised archetypes - something along the lines of "If you use modified versions of the standard archetypes or any additional archetypes, then these should be checked against the new archetypes and if necessary modified (for example to include a field that has been added in this release). You should then use archload to load these customised archetypes - or if you have only a few, use Administration|Archetypes|Import."
