Hiding price cost information

Hi,

Is there any way currently to make it so that certain staff are not able to see the cost price of products and services?

I have tried to edit the base role authority which is assigned to the users and removed all of the product save,delete etc authorities, but they are still able to view the cost price on the medication/merchandise edit screens.

Its not supported. There is a project that covers this to some extent: http://www.openvpms.org/project/enhance-openvpms-user-authorities

With it, you could prevent users from viewing product information by disabling the View and Edit buttons. It doesn't allow hiding just the cost however.
