At Gribbles Pathology we sometimes generate a few investigations reports for a single order. This results in the investigation report(s) merged together with only a recent report visible in the Documents tab. The previous reports are listed in the Versions pane of the document. This makes the managing of the documents very difficult. The clinicians are unable to email the documents to the patient owners and specialists. I have attached the screenshot below

What you see here is two html files downloaded from our lab by our downloader SMSC. The files are prefixed with the same id C1275192. The file names also contain the Patient last name, first name, test code and the unique sequence numbers.

Is there a way to configure the document loader program  to split the investigation documents into different records and not merge with the previous record?
