Long reports and Auto Logout timeout

I have one small and slow test machine. Running a long report like the Practice Summary takes longer than the Auto Logout timeout that is set (60 mins).
Hence, this activates while the report is still running, and as a result terminates the report creation.
I suspect that this is not a bad thing since it guards against badly written reports that run for ages.
However, I can image a situation where the Auto Logout time is set to something short like 5 minutes, and this becoming a problem with long running reports and processes (like Period End).
Should the Auto Logout timer be suspended while a report or process is running (ie while the 'Please Wait' window is displayed) ?

Statement and reminder generation is handled asynchronously, so the user session shouldn't terminate.
I've raised OVPMS-1684 to cover the SQL report case. Ideally, SQL reporting would be handled asynchronously, so that reports can be terminated by the user if they run to long. This approach doesn't fit well with the current architecture.
