New Consent forms, discharge notes

Hi, 

We are looking to update our current consent forms, new logo, wording etc.

What is the best way forward to complete this, are there standard templates available.

Hi,

The release has many standard templates that work with Letterhead & Document Control (logos etc) that you can load and setup.  

These can be loaded from the releases using the toolbox template loader command which is documented in the installation notes.
