Reminders queued but not in report

Greetings all,

I've been trying to get the new reminder system up and running in 2.0, but have encountered an unanticipated snag.  I must not be understanding something.

This morning at 7 AM, the Patient Reminder Queue job automatically ran and according to the logs, noted several of the following type of events:

20 Jul 2018 07:00:00,990 DEBUG ReminderProcessor,scheduler_Worker-1:666 -  - NOT adding SMS contacts for reminderType=Kennel Cough - 1 Year (1648), reminderCount=0. SMS is disabled

20 Jul 2018 07:00:00,991 DEBUG ReminderProcessor,scheduler_Worker-1:259 -  - Found matching rule for customer=Glad,Carl (7812), patient=Kahlua (7811), reminderType=Kennel Cough - 1 Year, count=0, rule=ReminderRule[contact=true,sendTo=FIRST], contacts=notmyemail[at]shaw[dot]ca (Reminder, Correspondence)

20 Jul 2018 07:00:01,031 DEBUG ReminderProcessor,scheduler_Worker-1:357 -  - Skipping reminder=159983, patient=Missy (8026), reminderType=Distemper Parvo - 3 Year (1647): no reminder count=2

It looks like it snagged 3 email reminders, and yet when I look at the Reminder Report, nothing is listed.

My reading of the help pages is that if something successfully queued, it would appear in the report to be manually sent.  The message sent to my user states:

Queued: 3
Cancelled: 0
Errors: 0
Skipped: 128

and the autosender is not configured.

Am I reading this wrong or what might I not have set up correctly?

Any queued reminders will be displayed in the Send tab of Reporting - Reminders.

You may need to click Find to refresh the display.

I'm not sure what you are referring to by the Reminder Report.

Yep...

So I've attached the two relevant screenshots.  And yes, sorry... I should have specified Reporting - Reminders, instead of Reminder Report.

I'll let it run again this morning and see if anything pops up.

OK, after this morning's run, one of two queued shows up in Reporting-Reminders-Send tab.  From the log, it has picked up two... one print reminder, one email reminder.  Only the print one appears on the send tab.  I do not knowingly have the email autosender configured.  See attached.

Try updating the Send date (e.g enter 1m to advance to the next month).

By default, the view shows all reminders due to be sent on or before today. It will exclude reminders due to be sent in the future.

OK... I think that's the deal.  I have quite a different lead time between print reminders and email reminders (see attached) and so that's what's influencing what is appearing.  Got it.
