Good morning,

We had a server fail over the weekend so had to install a backup server in its place.  The server that failed uses a Star TSP700 label printer using a parallel interface.  The server is running Windows 7.

I have been able to get the printer receiving data but it stops with a red light warning after printing part of a label ... I strongly suspect I do not have the correct driver settings. The template settings in OpenVPMS are as Tony pointed out in an earlier post regarding the star printer.

The current settings are shown below (I have created a form 70mm x 34mm which I think is the label size but not yet assigned it )

If someone has experience with setting up the driver for this printer and can point me in the right direction it would help me a huge amount.

Did some playing around and found that the settings below seem to have solved the problem .... so the information might be of help to someone going forward.
