Stopped receiving email notification of new posts

Hi to all,

I have stopped receiving email notifications of forum postings.

Would some one be able to advise what settings I would need to check to get "back in the loop"?

I generated some test messages to your email address, that appear to have been delivered. Can you confirm you received them?

Ok so it takes me a while to realise I am missing out :)

Is it correct that Users Forum Posts are still emailed thru?

I have not been receiving them and am not sure if there are settings I need to change.

Any thoughts would be appreciated,

Make sure you have forum subscriptions enabled for the forums you want notifications for:

Click My Profile
Select the Notifications tab
Click the Forums button
Verify you are receiving notifications for the forums you want. E.g. General Users Discussions - Mail - As soon as it's posted

Note that sometimes posts can be blocked by your mail provider; we use SendGrid for mail, which periodically finds itself placed on blacklists as other users have used it for spam.
