I like the new messaging section. Was wondering if messages are visible to all users when logged in or whether they are only visible for the intended recipient? (Or mixture of both).
Also when a user logs in, does it say, "x messages waiting?"
Lastly,
when you first enter messaging, the search criteria defaults to Pending (which it should) but the messages shown actually are "All". Only after clicking "Find" is the default criteria applied.

Is it possible to have a timer once a patients appointment status is set to Check-In?
Also (and this is completely trivial I know), but is it possible to have the appointments blocked by hour? Ie. Spacer row between hours? Just to give a better impression of the spread of appointments through a day.

Hi Tony,
I notice that when adding a new appointment it retains the previous Customer and empties the patient field. This is great but I have noticed that if I then change the Customer it is possible to add an appointment with in incorrect association of patient and customer.
Should the act of choosing a new Customer empty the Patient field?

Can we set up more than one message delivery method depending on the reminder type? So if desired, a client can receive their worming reminder by SMS and their vaccination reminder by mail.

It's great to see the scheduler starting to take shape.
just a few comments on some issues that may need to be (or may already have been) addressed:
I noticed that if I select a client then go to select an animal it asks me to select from the whole patient list rather than just those associated with that particular owner. Also if I select a new customer off the scheduler and create an invoice the default patient is carried over from the last invoice.
What form will the appointment time selector take?
I see that under classifications there is a group called user types under which there are nurse, clinicial and receptionist categories. How can I add individual names to these categories?

Is it only possible to have one invoice per day?
In other words, if I have an animal in hospital for several days, do we need to create a new invoice each day they are in hospital or is it possible to have items from different dates on the same invoice?
