Kinglake Vet Clinic

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone is interested in helping out with advice for setting up a computer system for Kinglake Vet Clinic.
I am volunteering with them for a few days and think this might be a good way to help them for the future.
The Kinglake Vet Clinic burnt down in the bushfires along with the computers and computer files. Therefore, they are currently using a A4 booklet recording details of animals they see as they go (not even card system).
Not exactly sure what is going to happen in the future with the clinic, but there will be one of some sort here, and the patients that have been here over the last 4 weeks are likely to stay and continue to come to a clinic along with new pets.
Therefore, we are trying to sort out some computers or laptops for them and then set them up an OpenVPMS program so we can transfer all the information they have correlated over the last 4 weeks onto it, and set them up so they can continue in the future.
I am not really sure what I am asking people for, but I guess if anyone has any ideas for set up or help please let me know or post it on the forum. As much help as possible will be great. Kate (the vet) is amazing and everyone here has been absolutely fantastic in this difficult time.
Thanks everyone,
Greta
