This report shows reminders that should have been sent (in the past), but have not been... and are also not cancelled or complete. We're using this to identify those reminders that may have been enterred incorrectly. It appears that some people put the wrong year when they add them manually, and they never get picked up by the reminder runs. This helps catch them.

Update -- making this ignore inactive clients and their pets.

This plots four series over the time selected: Sent reminders, Due reminders, Sent customers, Due customers.

The customer lines are also based on reminders, but aggregate. This should give you an idea of how much you're paying in postage (if you're doing that).

One of these may be a better leading indicator for revenue than the other... but I haven't experimented with that.

I'd appreciate if someone can check the SQL logic, because it got a little complicated in there.

This calculates a monthly running total for each month, and displays the months on top of each other. It's useful to see if there's a monthly "curve" in your business, to compare monthly revenue streams and their variation, and to see how you're doing in the current month against previous months.

Note, the SQL query in this is somewhat "heavyweight"... it runs a subquery for each day and may take time to run depending on your setup.

This report sums up each day, and calculates the average per day of week over the date range specified.

Please find attached a change to your Patient Reminders Report.  This report is used when running your reminders for you to print a report of reminders for the current run for your information.  

The report now sorts the reminders by Reminder Type.

This report is saved in your templates under Patient Reminder Report for anyone wishing to download the new version.  The Type is Patient Reminders

This report will list all products by:

Product Type - also grouping any products currently without a Product Type

Frame Work

Classification - lists all classifications if more than one.

This is a great report to allow you to understand then tidy up your product details ensuring every product is in the correct Product Type (great for reporting) and then allows you to tidy up Classifications for stock control

This report details appointments by clinician for a specified date range and appointment type.

This report details customer discounts grouped by discount type with a filter on discount type and also the discount end date.  It will display customer id, customer name, discount start and end date for any customer that has a discount that matches the discount type filter and who's discount end date is between the entered date range or the end date is not specified. 

This report details Customer Acquisition numbers by Practice Location and groups by year and month in specified date range.  To do this it uses the first date of a charge transaction for the customer rather than the created date as we need to find the location. The report is formatted as a cross tab with year and month vertically and location horizontally.  It has month, year and report totals.

This report details product type sales by practice location for a specified data range.
