Updated 27Mar2016 to fix bug (items with no patient, subject, text or reason not reported)

This is used to print from the Customer Communications Log.

Parameter Selection:

Explanatory Text:
This report shows the selected communications and notes for either one specified customer or all customers between the inclusive From and To dates.
The results are ordered by customer/date descending. Only the first 'Limit To' are shown.
If you request that Inactive customers are included, then any that are inactive will have a # in the leftmost column.
The Author column shows the login name of the author.
As indicated by the 'With Subject' and 'With Text' parameters shown in the report, wildcard (%) characters are prepended and appended automatically - hence entering the text 'cpr' searches for %cpr%.
You can search for multiple words by separating them by % characters. Hence entering 'cpr%revived' would find "applied cpr and Fido revived". Note however, that it will not find "Fido revived after cpr was applied" because the word order is wrong.
However, the Reason and Patient Name selection is by default 'starts with' - but you can add your own leading % if you wish to use 'contains' selection.
All selection is case insensitive - ie 'cpr' will find 'CPR'.
