This report lists all customers who's last transaction date is between the specified period.   This report is in a export format so the output can be used externally to merge letters, labels, emails to the selected customers.

This report can be used to find "lapsed" customers. For example if you wanted to find all the customers who had not had a transaction in the last year but had a transaction in the previous two years you could enter a start date of 01/08/2008 and an end date of 31/07/2010.
