Appointment Reason

Good Morning- previously we could inactivate Appointment Reasons ie Dental Health Month Check up and just activate in August - but it seems now that when I edit the specific appointment reason the inactive box is not displayed. Thanks Anna

Support to make Appointment Reasons active/inactive was only added late last year, so unless you're running a pre-release version of 1.7, it sounds like you've been using a customised version.

If you go to Administration|Archetypes, and search for lookup.appointmentReason, you can manually add the active node. In 1.7, it should look like this:

Thanks I will have a look - may be I could never do it and I just thought I could. We are on 1.6.2. Anna
