Label Printers

As our label printer occasionally needs servicing/repairs, we have got a second one. This spare has been placed at reception and added to the server but cannot be seen when trying to add it to the drug label template.
Does it needed to be added to Open VPMS database somewhere?

Hi Nick,Make sure the printer is visible from the openvpms user that runs the Tomcat service.  Also sometimes you may need to restart Tomcat for the new printers to be available.CheersTony On Mon, Jun 21, 2010 at 4:13 PM, <paradisevets@internode.on.net> wrote:
