soap note Intake/waiver and pic for patient

Hello,

Is there an option that can be turned on to allow an upload of a picture of the patient also maybe birthday reminders for the patient and their owner?

Is there a place that I am overlooking that has a soap note is stored? I see the patient notes but not an official SOAP.

Is there a way to have patients fill an intake form out and submit online allowing it to be populated in the patient's records and esign the form and waive maybe utilizing the clinics iPads?

and the last question if anyone can answer. I am hosting the program using AWS cloud and I redirected my domain to be used. Now I have to type in the domain followed by /openvpms/8080. is there any way to remove the tail end of this?

Any and all advice is welcome.

Re: soap note Intake/waiver and pic for patient

Hi,

We can upload patient photos as Images in the Medical Records -> Documents area.  They are not made visible automatically when you select a patient .. essentially just stored as an attachment you can access.

No specific SOAP process in openVPMS.  You can can add Macros in Administration -> Lookups ->Macros which can auto generate a SOAP outline.  We also have problem as well as visit based views so you can manage individual probelms and track their specific notes/documenst etc.

No Online portal/signing capability but I am awar eof a company looking at implementing a thrid party solution to this using our plugin architecture and a third party web site.

I would suggest adding a AWS ALB in front of the instance so access via https (using AWS Certificate and your domain ).  This will redirect to the 8080 port used by Tomcat but hide it from the outside.  Can then setup whitelisted hosts in the ALB or if you want use Cognito as a front end to secure access.   Alternatively you need to add the same sort of sthing via  NGINX proxy setup on the host.

Cheers
Tony

Just as another option

We are using Cloudfronts ACCESS (ARGO) tunnels to provide remote access to our instance - best part is we can use google workspace(our email provider) as an SSO option.
