Having recently prepared submissions for hospital re-accreditation I have found that when you print histories there is minimal patient information in the header- only name, breed and sex but does not show desexing status or age which would be useful for most people you are likely to forward a history to (+/- microchip number) as well as a requirement for institutions.

What would also be useful would be an age attached to each history note entry so that in a long history you can see what age they were when they had each problem rather than looking at their age on the left and calculating plus currently on the printed history there is never any idea of age or DOB

Finally, again with long histories, it would be nice to have navigation buttons at the bottom of the page for mouse users as there is at the top (ie page forward, back or return to top of page) I know pg up/down & Home / end work ok but not all use the keys (sorry Matt)
