Lists appointments grouped by appointment schedules and limited by date.

We use a version of this to print the following days surgery list.

The report shows;

Date, Patient name and details,  Customer name, Appointment notes

Settings:

Start Date : Start date inclusive.

End Date : End date inclusive.

This report enhances the previous Customer Acquisition report by adding a report parameter to only display customers with active patients.

Lists all new customers grouped by month of year and referral source.

The detailed report shows; Date and Customer name.

The summary report shows; Monthly totals, referral totals per month and two bar graphs depicting both.

Settings:

Start Date : Start date inclusive.

End Date : End date inclusive.

Show Detail : Will show every customer.

Note:

Lists all sales of a product within a defined time period limited by product name.

The detailed report shows; date, patient name, customer name, vet, qty and $ billed.

The summary report shows; monthly totals and quantities.

The report is summariesed with 2 graphs showing the monthly sales ($) and quantities expressed as monthly totals with different years being show as different series.

Please note that this report could take a long time to run on a large database if the period set is very long.

User can limit by Dates

This report details analyses product sales for a specified period with ability to filter by product and customer name as well as option to detail the  product sales by customer and patient.

Note:  This report has been updated on the 31 December 2008 to fix an issue with duplicated product listings.

Note:  This report was updated on 24th August 2009 to include OTC sales in the report.

This report uses the patient created date field added in version 1.3 to list all patients addedd to the system between specified dates.

It displays customer name, patient name, contact details, date of birth and created date.

It is only compatible with version 1.3 and above installations.

This report uses the deceased date field added in version 1.3 to list all patients deceased between specified dates.

It lists customer name, patient name , contact details, Date of Birth and Deceased date.

This report uses the customer createdDate field added in version 1.3 to list all customers created between specified dates.

It lists customer name,  contact details and the created date.

It is only compatible with version 1.3 and above installations.

Report that lists customers filtered by classification which includes customer account type and/or customer type.   Displays name, contact details and classification.  Prompts for classification filter which allows wildcards.
