As you can see in the screen shot below, the Visit Edit|Perscriptions tab has 2 cancel buttons.

Comment viewing options

Select your preferred way to display the comments and click "Save settings" to activate your changes.

Changed the second Cancel to Cancel Prescription.

Fix is in revision 5340.
