Consult Add/Delete Error

Has anybody else seen this problem - After adding items to a consult and then deleting one or more it refused to save and a red error box comes up ( I'll copy it next time). The solution so far has either been cancelling and re-consulting or sometimes deleting one or more items then adding them again.
The same happened this morning when we transferred an estimate template to an client estimate then deleted unwanted items - it refused to save to print and has just stayed as the original template with the original estimate price. The error box message was different saying that 'it may have been changed by another user' tho no-one else was using the file.

Suggestions welcome,

Nick

RE: Consult Add/Delete Error

Hi Matt and Nick,

I can confirm that this is happening intermittently in the 1.3-Beta-1 versions you are running but it does not happen at all consistently i.e. there is no generic problem with deleting invoice items from invoices. It seems that there is some sequence of edits that causes it and we can not confidently say it is rectified until we can reproduce the issue consistently in our development environments .. which we haven't been able to do yet.

Any help tracing down the exact steps would be appreciated.

Cheers Tony

More info about "user has changed" bug

We also have experienced this type of error since 1.3 with "Apply" -ing invoice items. AGain, it is difficult to replicate after the event...
