CSH Query - Resend Reminder

I find that I have not yet done the CSH text for the Resend Reminder window (see below).

Q1: am I correct in thinking that the pulldown list of contacts is a list of contacts which could be used to send a reminder (and will include contacts that do not have purpose 'Reminder').

Q2: what is the Resend count for - I can only get it to be 0.  Is this a function of my setup or what?

1. The contact list includes all email and location contacts for the customer.

2. The Reminder Count field lists the Reminder Counts of reminders that have already been generated. This enables you to resend the second reminder for example. The restrictions are that the reminder count:

  • must have an associated document template
  • can't have its List field checked
