Duplicate Reminders

Hi,

We often sell two different worm tablets on the same day. eg: a 45kg dog would get 1 x drontal 10kg and 1 x drontal 35kg.

When two or more products in the same reminder group are invoiced ON THE SAME DAY both products create a reminder for the patient. So, in the scenario above two reminders are being produced. This doesn't happen if the products are invoiced a day apart, it only happens if they are invoiced on the same day.

Is there anything we can do to fix this? Has anyone else had any clever ideas?

Same day duplicate reminders bug

Hi Sandra,

I have been able to duplicate this bug. It is not the date that is important but rather if the two items appear on the same Invoice. If I bill the two items on the same invoice, even if they are dated differently it still creates two reminders for the single reminder group. Billing in sperate invoices on the same date does not cause his behaviour.

 

I will JIRA for developers.
