How to set regular expression assertion

Can someone please tell me how to set a regular expression assertion.  I cannot figure out what is meant to go in the 'Concept' field.  Below is the screen shot.

The assertion.regularExpression archetype is incorrect. You need to fix it as per https://openvpms.atlassian.net/browse/OVPMS-1267 and reload archetypes.
