Move Up / Move Down

This is a very basic question, but I can't find anything on the forums. I am trying to set up worklist views and in the "Edit Work List View" section there are buttons for Move-Up and Move-Down, but these don't actually work. Is there something I am doing wrong or is this to be fixed in the upgrade.
Thanks,
Greta

Move Up / Move Down

Try deleting each work lists from the view, and re-adding them.

Internally, there is a sequence number that is used to order the work lists in the view.

If the work list view was initially created through a data loading process, the sequences may all be the same.

Deleting and re-adding will ensure sequences are different.

Move Up / Move Down

Awesome, all fixed thanks.

Used Tim's instructions and just re-added them. Des, your instructions were spot on though for others wanting to add on a worklist.

Thanks,

Greta

Re: Move Up / Move Down

Hi Greta,You can use these buttons to change the column order of work lists asscoiated with the worklist view.  You need to add worklsits using the add button and apply the changes and then you can use the buttons to move the select worklist up and down the order.
