Order for Patient Alerts drop down box

Happy Friday!

I don't s'pose there is some way to order the Patient Alert drop down list (i.e. alphabetically)? We have a fair list of medications etc, and they seem to be in a random order - maybe the date-time they were added.

I haven't looked at the Client Alerts, but I'm guessing the same.

Hi Chris,

I expect by Priority then date time or possibly random. 

No other ordering possible to setup in Patient or Customer Alerts currently.

I assume you have individual Alerts per medication rather than a General Medication Alert with Medications in the notes as these Alerts are added automatically when that Medication is billed ?

Hi Tony,

Yes, we use patient alerts on most of our ongoing chronic medications to try to make them more obvious on the patient file.
