Forgive me if this seems a silly question.

In RxWorks (at least the version I am porting), there is no separate tracking of medication in the visit record,only as charged invoice line items.

OPV allows medication to be recorded separately from invoiced line items - and to me this seems very sensible.

However, unless I misunderstand something, the vet needs to enter the medication items twice, once as a medication item in the visit/medical history, and once as an invoice line item.

Do people normally do this, or do they only enter medication items as part of the visit when they are not going to be invoiced?
